BioI think not having a plan might be good for me. :D
Cut that...so, as of September 2009, I am now living in Arlington, VA and will begin work as an AmeriCorps VISTA at the end of the month. Plans just happen I guess. And I also guess that it means MOAR CAPS HOCKEY and shenanigans in a whole new part of the country. I'm 2800 miles from home, and I couldn't be happier. Cheesy, but well, that's me.
I live for hockey season. I grew up on the Spokane Chiefs and will love them forever. I loved the Calgary Flames (which I also grew up watching), currently love the Chicago Blackhawks (a family legacy/love affair, which will NEVER, EVER END), the Washington Capitals (who knew--I blame a boy from Virginia Beach via Philly), and I love Mike Babcock (he used to coach in Spokane and they won their first Mem Cup with him)...It's an obsession that I want to turn into a career, this hockey love of mine. If you ask, I'll explain the deets, not necessary here.
